This summer at Strøm we combine lightness and culinary delights! While enjoying the sun and the heat of the summer, discover our most refreshing gourmet novelties! The menu offered at the bistro (and on the rooftop terrace) is sure to please every palate and will accommodate all food intolerances, since a wide selection of gluten-free, no meat, no lactose or vegan products are offered.
Here are the dishes that will be the stars of our summer packages for 2015, paired with a refreshing drink:
- Melon feta salad: watermelon, French shallots, feta cheese and mint vinaigrette. Pairs well with a glass of Pinot Noir (rosé) from Albert Bichot vinery
- Homemade hummus and organic corn chips: mashed chickpeas, with olive oil and chili powder. Pairs well with a glass of Chablis (white) from Joseph Drouhin vinery
- Tomato and Bocconcini salad: a stack of Kumato and plum tomatoes with bocconcini cheese and homemade pesto sauce. Pairs well with a sparkling Italian cocktail: the Aperol Spritz
