Thermal experience

Online booking

A credit card is required when booking online, but no charges will be made to the card unless you do not present yourself for your reservation.

  

Without reservation

You may walk in without a reservation, even if the online reservation calendar is full. Please note, however, that walk-in places may be limited during peak periods (weekends, holidays and high season). If the site’s capacity is reached at the time of your arrival, you will have the chance to register on a waiting list.

 

Thermal experience

Gift cards (including WaySpa cards) cannot be used to pay for online reservations. A credit card is required when booking online, but no charges will be made to the card unless you do not present yourself for your reservation. If you have a gift card, we will be able to apply it on arrival.

Reservation is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable and non-cashable. Valid only on the date and time reserved at the time of online booking and indicated on the electronic confirmation. A credit card is required when booking online, but no charges will be made to the card unless you do not present yourself for your reservation.

To register, please provide a phone number that allows you to receive and send text messages.

  • Since we do not impose a time limit for our customers to enjoy our facilities, the waiting time cannot be estimated. We will contact customers as soon as possible according to the order in which they were placed on the waiting list.
  • The moment we are able to welcome you, we will send you a notification. You have 10 minutes to answer YES or NO to the message. Once you answer, you have 30 minutes to report to the reception desk where we will be delighted to welcome you.

Massages and treatments

Online booking

A credit card is required to make your online reservation. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment will be made on site.

When you book a massage or treatment online, you don’t have to book your access to the thermal experience, which is automatically guaranteed. Once at the spa, if you wish to take advantage of the thermal experience, simply mention it at the front desk. The price of entry to the thermal experience is not included in the price of the massage or treatment.

A credit card number will be requested at the time of reservation for security reasons. Cancellation or modification within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge on the credit card. Within 24 hours, a cancellation or modification will result in the full price being charged to the credit card. To cancel, please call the following number: 1 877 761-2772.

You should arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the treatment, as new procedures require a little more time than usual.

The earlier the better! We advise you to book two weeks in advance to give you the best chance to get the time slot you want. During the high season, we recommend you book a month in advance.

Massage therapy is not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, respiratory problems, angina or diabetes. For any other medical problem, make sure to get your doctor’s approval before booking. As for treatments, some of our treatments use allergenic ingredients that may not be suitable for all skin types or for pregnant women. For more information regarding specific ingredients, you can ask our customer service department at 1 877 761-2772.

Our nail treatments are done on natural nails (with or without nail polish) only.

Online reservation

Restaurant reservations are available to clients who have already booked a thermal experience, massage or treatment. You will find the link to our restaurant reservation platform in your confirmation email for the spa services.

We recommend that you allow an hour and a half to two hours between your meal at the restaurant and the start of your massage or treatment. This period will allow for a smooth transition, ensuring that you can fully enjoy each experience without any rush.
Our menus reflect Strøm’s wellness and inclusive philosophy. We offer nut-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan options, all clearly identified on the menu. If you have any allergies or other requests, please do not hesitate to ask your waiter. We are always happy to accommodate our customers’ needs as best we can.
Gratuities are not included in the restaurant prices, including the gourmet packages. We leave it up to you to add a tip at your discretion. A minimum of 15% of the total amount is suggested.
