Børn mornings are back this summer!

Children aged 5 and over accompanied by an adult* are invited to enjoy the thermal experience from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays. A great summer activity to add to your calendar to introduce children to relaxation.

*Maximum of two children (aged 5 to 15) per adult (18 and over).

We have decided not to organize Børn events at our Saint-Sauveur location for the time being. This decision is due to the steep nature of the site, the access to the river and the presence of numerous staircases. To ensure a peaceful experience, we believe the environment is currently not ideal for this type of clientele. Thank you for your understanding.

Frequently Asked Questions – Børn family mornings

Can I book a massage or a treatment with my children?

During Børn family mornings, you can introduce your child to the benefits of massage therapy by booking a Swedish relaxation massage (30 minutes) specially adapted for children, which relaxes the entire body and provides gentle relaxation. You may choose to enjoy a massage alongside your child or simply accompany them during the treatment.

It is also possible to introduce them to the Børn face treatment (30 minutes), a hydrating treatment combining relaxation, softness, and discovery for radiant skin, either by sharing the experience or accompanying them.

NEW : The Head Relief massage (30 minutes), deeply soothing, is also offered for both adults and children. It is performed entirely while lying on your back and focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders.

All children must be accompanied by an adult during the massage or treatment. To book, please call 1-877-761-2772. Limited spots available.

Is breakfast available on site?

Our restaurant* will be open for you to purchase a variety of products such as yogurt parfaits, pastries, muffins, breakfast cookies and more.

Are the facilities suitable for children?

The temperature of our facilities (thermal baths, cold baths, dry saunas, etc.) is adjusted to ensure the safety of children during the event.

What is the cancellation policy for Børn family mornings?

Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit time. For any cancellation or modification made less than 48 hours before the appointment, 25% of the cost of the reserved services will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a no-show, 50% of the cost of the reserved services will be charged to your credit card.

Can I use my gift card to book online?

Gift cards (including WaySpa cards) cannot be used to pay for online bookings. A credit card is required when booking online, but no charges will be made to the card unless you fail to attend the event. If you have a gift card, we will be able to apply it when you arrive.

Are Børn family mornings held at Strøm Saint-Sauveur?

We have decided not to organize Børn events, during which children are welcome, at our Saint-Sauveur location for the time being. This decision is due to the steep nature of the site, the access to the river and the presence of numerous staircases. To ensure a peaceful experience, we believe the environment is currently not ideal for this type of clientele. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to be accompanied by a child to attend Børn family mornings?

Yes. Børn family mornings are reserved for adults accompanying children. The event is specially designed to provide a shared family experience.

Drøm evenings

“Drøm” meaning “to dream” in Danish, the Drøm Evenings invite you to spend a special moment with your teenagers.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, from 5 to 10 p.m., teenagers from 12 to 17 years old are invited to come and enjoy the Strøm experience accompanied by an adult.

Entry price for teenagers (aged 12 to 17)*: $55

New: At our Saint-Sauveur location, teenagers are invited to enjoy the Strøm experience when accompanied by an adult every evening this summer, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

*To take advantage, book your access online for you and your teenager. The reduced rate will be applied directly at the spa.

  • Can I book online with my gift card?

    A credit card is required to make a reservation, even if you have a gift card (including WaySpa and other partner cards). No amount will be charged before your visit.

    You can present your gift card to pay for any regular-priced service or product during your visit to the spa.

  • Do I need to make a reservation?

    Thermal experience

    Booking is not mandatory, but recommended. It is always possible to access the thermal experience without a reservation when site traffic permits. Places without a reservation may be limited during busier periods.

    Massages and treatments

    Booking is strongly recommended. The earlier the better, but we advise you to book two weeks in advance to give yourself the best chance of getting the time slot you want. During high season, we recommend that you book a month in advance.

  • Why can’t I book at any time of day?

    The time slots are designed to welcome you at the right time. This explains why some hours are not available.

  • I’ve booked for several people, but my confirmation email only shows my name. Is this normal?

    Yes, this is normal. Our online booking system sends confirmation emails to each person in the group separately. You will therefore only see your personal booking information.

  • What is the minimum age to be able to enjoy the thermal experience?

    The minimum age to be able to enjoy the thermal experience is 16.

    Drøm evenings (Tuesday and Wednesday evenings) give young people aged 12 and over access to our facilities accompanied by an adult to learn about the benefits of thermotherapy. 
    It is mandatory to present a photo ID with date of birth (RAMQ, school, CEGEP, etc.) at the time of your visit in order to confirm your eligibility for this service.

    Børn mornings (sporadic dates throughout the year): for children aged 5 and over.

  • What happens if I arrive late for the thermal experience?

    Customers have up to one hour after their scheduled reservation time to begin their thermal experience.
