Online booking

A credit card is required to make your online reservation. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment will be made on site.

 

Without reservation

You may walk in without a reservation, even if the online reservation calendar is full. Please note, however, that walk-in places may be limited during peak periods (weekends, holidays and high season). If the site’s capacity is reached at the time of your arrival, you will have the chance to register on a waiting list.

  • How do I join the waiting list?

    To register, please provide a phone number that allows you to receive and send text messages.

    • Since we do not impose a time limit for our customers to enjoy our facilities, the waiting time cannot be estimated. We will contact customers as soon as possible according to the order in which they were placed on the waiting list.
    • The moment we are able to welcome you, we will send you a notification. You have 10 minutes to answer YES or NO to the message. Once you answer, you have 30 minutes to report to the reception desk where we will be delighted to welcome you.

  • What is the cancellation policy for the thermal experience?

    Reservation is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable and non-cashable. Valid only on the date and time reserved at the time of online booking and indicated on the electronic confirmation. In the event of cancellation, full payment will be charged to the credit card.

  • Can I use my gift card to book online?

    Gift cards (including WaySpa cards) cannot be used to pay for online reservations. A credit card is required to make an online reservation. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment will be made on site. If you have a gift card, we will be able to apply it on arrival.

  • What is the cancellation policy for a massage or treatment?

    A credit card number will be requested at the time of reservation for security reasons. Cancellation or modification within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge on the credit card. Within 24 hours, a cancellation or modification will result in the full price being charged to the credit card. To cancel, please call the following number: 1 877 761-2772.

  • Is the thermal experience included in the price of the massage?

    When you book a massage or treatment, your access to the thermal experience is guaranteed (entrance fee to the thermal experience not included).

  • Can I use my gift card to book online?

  • Do your massage therapists offer insurance receipts?

    Yes, it is possible to get an insurance receipt from your massage therapist.

  • Can I book a duo massage online?

    No. If you would like a duo massage (in the same room), please reserve by calling 1 877 761-2772.

  • How far in advance do I need to arrive before a massage or treatment?

    You should arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the treatment, as new procedures require a little more time than usual.

  • How far in advance should I make a reservation for a massage or treatment?

    The earlier the better! We advise you to book two weeks in advance to give you the best chance to get the time slot you want. During the high season, we recommend you book a month in advance.

  • What are the contraindications for massage therapy and treatments?

    Massage therapy is not recommended for people with heart problems, hypertension, respiratory problems, angina or diabetes. For any other medical problem, make sure to get your doctor’s approval before booking. As for treatments, some of our treatments use allergenic ingredients that may not be suitable for all skin types or for pregnant women.
