A gastronomic and creative space, our restaurant offers boreal-inspired cuisine that highlights our Nordicness by highlighting local artisans and fresh local products.
Nestled between nature and urbanity, Nord Nuns’ Island is the first Nord restaurant to be opened. It promises attentive service and a warm, intimate dining experience, with a panoramic view over the Lac des Battures.

Restaurant reservations are available to customers who have already booked their spa visit. Your confirmation email will include an option to book a table at the Nord restaurant.
You may now enjoy the Nord restaurant without having access to the spa.

Its Scandinavian-inspired cuisine highlights our Nordicness by highlighting local artisans and local products. It is inspired by this nature which does things so well that Raphaël Podlasiewicz creates dishes and cocktails that are both tasty and surprising.
