A gastronomic and creative space, our restaurant offers boreal-inspired cuisine that highlights our Nordicness by highlighting local artisans and fresh local products.

With a panoramic view of the St. Lawrence River and a grandiose terrace in summer, Northern Old Quebec offers a bright setting to savor local and creative cuisine that is renewed from season to season.
