Børn family mornings
Looking for a spring break activity? This is your chance to introduce your children to relaxation and discover our new services designed especially for them.
From March 2 to 5, children aged 5 and over accompanied by an adult* can enjoy the thermal experience between 8 and 11 a.m., at our Old Quebec, Nuns’ Island, Mont-Saint-Hilaire and Sherbrooke locations.
Entry price for adults (16 and over): from $64
Entry price for children (aged 5 to 15): $44
As places are limited, online booking for the thermal experience is mandatory for each family member. Bookings for massages and treatments must be made by telephone.
Head relief massage
New
The head relief massage is performed entirely while lying on your back, and focuses on the head, neck and shoulders.
This relaxing massage combines cranial therapy techniques with an understanding of the meridian points on the face to relieve muscle tension, reduce headaches and migraines, ease stress and induce a deep state of relaxation.
The treatment includes a scalp massage using a brush and hair oil, and the use of volcanic stones on the neck to promote blood circulation.

Drøm evenings
“Drøm” meaning “to dream” in Danish, Drøm evenings invite you to enjoy a relaxing moment with your teenagers.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, from 5 to 10 p.m., teenagers aged 12 to 17 are invited to enjoy the Strøm experience accompanied by an adult. During spring break, you’ll have exceptional access to Drøm evenings from March 2 to 5.
