    Installations include, Outdoor whirlpools, thermal and Nordic baths, Finnish saunas, eucalyptus steam bath, thermal and Nordic waterfalls, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas with fireplaces.

    - 

    The flotation bath provides multiple benefits such as creating a state of meditation and deep relaxation, relaxing tension and alleviating muscle fatigue. It also helps to reduce stress and anxiety by relaxing the nervous system.

    The rental of a bathrobe, a towel and a locker is included in the entry price. It is recommended not to shave or wax the same day of the Laga flotation bath experience. *Does not include the online thermal experience reservation. We strongly recommend that you make an online reservation for the thermal experience.

    "Drøm" meaning "to dream" in Danish, the Drøm Evenings invite you to spend a special moment with your teenagers.

    Every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, from 5 to 10 p.m., teenagers from 12 to 17 years old are invited to come and enjoy the Strøm experience accompanied by an adult.

    The perfect occasion to unwind as a family in all quietness and silence, and prepare for sleep. A rejuvenating experience, especially for our teenagers.

    Maximum of two teenagers per adult. Adults must stay with their teenagers on the site.

    It is mandatory to present a photo ID with date of birth (RAMQ, school, CEGEP, etc.) at the time of your visit in order to confirm your eligibility for this service. Surveillance on site. The rental of a bathrobe, a towel and a locker is included in the entry price.
