This summer at Strøm, enjoy free* Yin-Yang yoga sessions from 11am to noon every Thursdays of August. Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. It brings together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences. The “yang” part warms the muscles with energizing and intense poses. Once the body is well heated, the “Yin” part restores our inner peace with ground stretching exercise. The sessions take place outside (canceled in case of rain).
