Thermal experience without a reservation

It is always possible to enjoy the thermal experience without a reservation if site traffic permits. If maximum capacity has been reached, you can join our waiting list without having to come to the spa to do so.

Important information

• When a spot becomes available, you’ll receive a text message.
•  We will keep your spot for 30 minutes following the receipt of the text message.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to give you any information about waiting times, which vary according to several factors. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee access to the facilities.
• Payment will be made when you register at the reception.
