The launch of Strøm Magazine was held last Friday, November 6, at Strøm Nordic Spa Nuns’ Island in the company of the owners, the team and collaborators.

The Strøm is very proud to be the first Nordic spa in Quebec to publish its Magazine in the printed format: an inspiring and refined lifestyle magazine. Get it for free at your next visit and be inspired by our two great passions: the spas here and elsewhere, and looking for a well-balanced state of mind (a complex goal in our modern life!). Various themes are inspired by these great topics: the art of letting go with our yoga ambassadress, motivation with our favorite dragon, Serge Beauchemin, women who inspire us with Mitsou, nutrition, sports … and let’s not forget wine and a good read! Because balance and inspiration is what nourishes us and makes our lives a satisfying experience.
